NEW FOR 2010:
- New Volante (convertible) model
For 2010, Aston Martin adds a convertible model, the Volante, to the DBS Coupe that was all-new for 2009.
The DBS models use a mid-mounted 6.0-litre V12 engine with rear-mounted six-speed manual transmission or optional six-speed automatic. Both use lightweight bodies composed of a bonded aluminum structure, extruded aluminum impact beams, and a composite shell.
Features on the Coupe include 20-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, xenon headlamps, LED taillights and side-mounted signals, limited-slip differential, tilt and telescopic steering column, Adaptive Damping System with track mode, ventilated carbon ceramic brake discs with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, leather and Alcantara interior, carbon fibre door trims and pulls, auto-dimming rearview mirror, garage door opener, heated sports seats with ten-way power adjustment and memory, trip computer, cruise control, navigation system, premium six-CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary input, Bluetooth connectivity, power-folding exterior mirrors, front and rear parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring system, and umbrella with holder.
The Volante adds a power-operated soft roof, wind deflector, and a pen holder with Lamy pen.
